Chris (Sfassie)
Lee, owner of Systems-Driven, Inc. and inventor of the
unique and innovative Grade-Maker system, was a single
mom of two teen-aged sons who have struggled with Attention
Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for many years. Her desire
to equip her sons with successful life-skills, along with
her extensive experience as a time management and productivity
coach, enabled Chris to break out of the box and rethink
methods for accomplishing important responsibilities proactively
as a family using custom repeat task checklists.
Chris
has more than 20 years experience WOWing small to mid-sized
corporations with her can-do attitude and her gift for
“making things happen!” In 1999, when Chris noticed that
her sons were unable to manage their world at school,
at home, and in life, with ease, she decided to use her
talents to create a simple, yet extremely effective, system
to minimize mayhem for the entire family. Three years
later, during a leadership training program, Chris shared
the Grade-Maker system with friends, family, and those
within the community. The response was electrifying! Parents,
students, and teachers unanimously affirmed the need for
the support that the system offers.
In
Chris’s signature turbo-charged, unstoppable way of doing
life, she plans to rock the world right off of its traditional
planner perspective. She feels passionately about helping
students, parents and teachers become partners for stress-free
success and her enthusiasm tends to be contagious. She
will not rest until every family has the resources and
training necessary to nurture and develop healthy, well-balanced,
productive lives.
